Returns

• We will be glad to exchange or refund unused items only within 30 days from delivery.
• Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. To get authorization, please e-mail returns@passionshop.com

Purchases

• Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery in the case of backorders.
• All packages are discreet, with DRS, Inc. as the return address.
• Shipments are sent from our South Florida, USA warehouse.
• On international orders we are not responsible for items that do not pass customs.
• Do not order any items that are illegal where you live.
