How to use it?

Prepare the Kegel Stones:

• Select the stones you wish to use according to their properties. Use different stones according to your needs, desires, and sensations.
• Wash the Kegel stones with warm water and antibacterial soap. Cleanliness is next to chakra-liness.
• Insert the stones into the silicone bead.
• Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the stones to facilitate insertion. Slippery when wet, but in a good way.

How to Insert Harmony Stones:

• Lie down in a comfortable position. Think of it as a yoga pose for your chakras.
• Choose between the one-stone or two-stone Kegel ball to start exercising.
• Insert the chosen product slowly and steadily as far as you feel comfortable. The extraction string should hang outside your vagina, making sure it does not stay inside. It's like a safety line for your inner peace.
• Contract your pelvic floor muscles to keep the Kegel stones inside you and start performing Kegel exercises. For example, contract your pelvic floor muscles and lift and squeeze the Kegel stones, hold the contraction for 5 seconds and then relax for another 5 seconds. Repeat this set 5 times to complete the exercise. It's like a workout for your inner goddess.
