How is my privacy protected during shipping and billing?

All orders are sent in new unmarked packages giving no hint to the contents inside. Our return address on the package shows as DRS, Inc and that is how it also shows on your credit card statement. What if I find same item for a lower price somewhere else?

If you can find the same item at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase we will refund 110% of the difference.

Can I return the items?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, email us for a return authorization. Products must be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Halloween costumes are not returnable after October 31st. Returns will not accepted without prior authorization.

Is ordering completely safe?

We use SSL data encryption to safely transmit your information between you, the credit card company, and us. Credit card numbers are encrypted and transmitted directly to the credit card processor. We never store your credit card number. Humans never see your credit card number. Thanks to one of the best security administrators in the world we have never had a security breach.

Product I purchased is malfunctional, can it be replaced?

Keep the packaging. If your product malfunctions due to a mechanical failure at any time within one year we will replace it free. The product must be returned to us clean and in its original packaging.

Will you be sending me junk mail after I register?

We only mail you the products you order. We do not add you to any email lists unless you specifically join our newsletter. Your information is not shared with anyone.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $79 shipped inside the United States get free shipping. Other shipping charges are displayed on the shopping cart page when items are added to your cart.
