To use, insert the lubed nozzle tip of the hose into your derriere, then squeeze the bulb to control the flow of water. To help keep the fluid inside, get on all fours with your booty up in the air and your head low, if that's comfortable for you. To minimize the chance of a mess, have a bowel movement beforehand and perform the procedure in the shower or tub. Once you're full of fluid, remove the tube and empty the contents into a toilet. Rinse and repeat as needed or desired.
