No bed posts needed for this bondage restraint set. It features straps that go right under the mattress and holds securely without requiring a special bed. The fully adjustable nylon straps slide under the mattress and hook up to the included wrist and ankle cuffs. The leather wrist and ankle cuffs have buckle closures and soft padded inside, so they are very comfortable. Once they are bound with this set they can twist and squirm all they want, they are not getting loose until you let them loose. It has a center strap that is adjustable up to 55 inches. It has four connector straps adjustable up to 66 inches. Two wrist cuffs adjust from 9 inches to 12 inches. Two ankle cuffs adjust from 11.5 inches to 13 inches. It also comes with two 5 inch long chains so the cuffs can be hooked together also.
