It is made from premium velvet touch silicone that is non-porous making it extremely hygienic, and it is hypoallergenic with no funky smell. While it is soft to touch, it is also really durable, silicone is some crazy strong stuff. There are seven different pulsation modes that are controlled with a wireless remote. The remote control uses 1 AAA battery, but the plug is rechargeable and includes a USB charging cable. It takes about 1.5 hours to charge and will provide about 1 hour of vibration before needing charged again. It is water-resistant, so washing it in the sink is no problem but don't't take it scuba diving.
