Adjustable Swiveling Spreader Bar with Leather Cuffs

Description

This set includes a spreader bar with 4 black leather cuffs attached. The spreader bar is made from 3/4 inch hollow aluminum that can be easily adjusted from 25 to 33 inches wide. There are 4 leather cuffs attached to the bar. The leather cuffs are high quality and adjust from 7 to 10 inches allowing each cuff to be used for either an ankle or a wrist. The cuffs do not have a buckle, they secure by sliding the slot in the leather over a metal ring. A padlock can then be put through the ring to secure the cuffs. Locks are not included and must be purchased separately. The end cuffs are mounted to a swivel allowing comfort and a little more movement.
